This sunday will be THE day of my drumming life - Vinnie with Jing Chi at the Jazz Cafe. I signed up for their newsletter SPECIFICALLY in case Jing Chi came to town, and it worked. Now I get to see Vinnie blow, having only ever seen him with Sting previously (which was amazing, it has to be said).
I'm not counting chickens though - the last 3 times I've got Vinnie tickets it hasn't worked out. 2 clinics cancelled (sept 11 then family illness) then I got tickets for Sting only to read Vinnie wasn't doing the tour (had to sell them on ebay). So please, please let it happen for me this time!

Yeah they were cancelled as far as I know, there was a thread about it a couple of months ago I think.
